Sump Pump Issues in Elkton, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Elkton, MN, started hearing odd noises coming from their basement. After investigating, the homeowner discovered that the noises were coming from their sump pump. Wanting to solve this issue before the spring arrived, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Romeo, was assigned to perform the estimate. After Romeo arrived, he greeted the homeowner and started investigating the sump pump. Romeo confirmed the sump pump needed to be replaced.

Solution

Romeo suggested that the homeowner replace their current sump pump with the TripleSafe sump pump. The homeowners knew this was their best option, so they agreed with Romeo's recommended plan of action. After receiving the stamp of approval, we sent our Foreman, Dakota, to the home to install the new sump pump. First, Dakota took out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, Dakota could put the TripleSafe sump pump into place. After the TripleSafe was installed, the crew could go outside and attach the IceGuard to the outside discharge line. After the IceGuard was installed, Dakota cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful to know they have a high-quality sump pump in their home.
