Water Damaged Basement Gets Upgrade in Robbinsdale, MN

A homeowner in Robbinsdale, MN recently discovered an area of water forming in an open space in his basement. Not wanting the problem to get out of hand, he decided to contact American Waterworks because he heard about their helpful services from a neighborhood friend. He knew that with our business he would get a FREE estimate to look further into what the initial problem was and why it was happening before any work was done to the space.

Solution

After getting the call about the basement water issue, our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams, went to the house to see what was occurring. With his expert knowledge, he informed the customer about our basement WaterGuard system which would prevent any issues from happening in the future. He explained that this system is popular because of its resistance to clogs, its easy-to-access service ports, and its ability to collect leaking water from the basement walls. Once the customer agreed, one of our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his crew installed the product a few days later. Now this homeowner can enjoy his basement space, free of water damage.
