Water Issues Gone in Winona, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Winona, MN was enjoying his basement space when he noticed out of the corner of his eye some water on the floor near one of the walls. Worried about a possible increase in damage if the problem was left unattended, he contacted American Waterworks to see what could be done. We set him up with a FREE estimate appointment for someone to visit the home and discuss solutions with the homeowner prior to a crew going in for installations. He was greeted by Design Specialist Trevor Simmons who began the inspection of the basement area.

Solution

Trevor concluded his inspection and informed the homeowner of his recommendations to install our WaterGuard system, a premium perimeter drain system, and a SuperSump Plus, a pump engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion. He explained that these two things are commonly used as a solution for basements in similar situations with water damage. The homeowner was happy to agree with the plans and carry on with the installations. Our Foreman, Chris Newton, and his crew to begin preparations. When they arrived at the home, the crew installed the WaterGuard system in the necessary areas and connected a feed line from the system to the new SuperSump Plus. The homeowner was pleased having a water-free basement again and was grateful for our services.
