Water-free in Woodbury, MN

Challenge

In Woodbury, MN a couple were cleaning their basement space out and noticed something unusual. A puddle of water had formed at the base of one of the walls. Taking a look at the other walls, they realized the water problems were around almost the whole perimeter of the basement. They knew the heavy rainfall that had been happening might have led to this problem, but they wanted an expert's opinion on next steps to stop any more water from entering. Solution

Ryan had seen similar issues with water coming into the basement before, and he informed the homeowners that this often occurs when a footing drain fails, and the water slips its way into the cracks or even under the footing. He suggested installing our WaterGuard system to help catch the water that makes its way to the basement and send it away safely. The homeowners were happy that there was a solution that could get rid of the water and agreed to the plans. When Foreman Lane Schlobohm and his crew visited the site, they carried out the installation of the WaterGuard in the necessary areas and cleaned up the area, leaving the basement water-free again. The homeowners were excited to no longer have to worry about water freely entering the basement.
