Basement Issues Resolved in Minneapolis, MN

Challenge

In Minneapolis, MN a homeowner was concerned when he found parts of his basement carpet wet. He was frustrated with the damaged carpet, especially because the basement had been newly finished in the last few years. Not wanting any more damage to occur to the space, he began researching companies that could help solve the issue. Solution

Nick arrived at the home and carried out a detailed inspection of the basement space. He found the water problems that the homeowner was worried about and came up with a plan to combat it. The homeowner was happy to hear that Nick had recommendations for his basement to be fixed with a new waterproofing system. The plans for the project were given to Foreman Jeromy Anderson and his crew. They arrived at the site to carry out the installation of our WaterGuard system, a perimeter drain system specifically engineered to fix basement water problems effectively. When the crew finished the project and cleaned up their materials, they left the home in great condition and the homeowner was happy to have the water issues gone.
