Leak Repaired in Larimore, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Larimore, ND, made an alarming discovery, pools of water in their basement. Wanting to solve the issues right away, the homeowners looked into various waterproofing companies around them. After comparing several companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Kole, one of our Design Specialists. When Kole arrived, he began by inspecting where the water was found. Kole discovered the water was sneaking in from the corner room of the basement.

Solution

Once he found the source of the issue, Kole was able to diagnose a solution. Kole recommended fully waterproofing that corner of the basement to avoid any further water intrusion. The homeowner agreed with Kole's suggestion and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew were assigned to complete the waterproofing project. The crew arrived at the home and began by digging the channels for the WaterGuard, our award-winning below-floor drain that rests on a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation. After the WaterGuard was installed, the crew placed the SuperSump+ into place. The SuperSump+ is the ideal effective and economical solution. To wrap up the project, the crew attached CleanSpace along the walls. Once the crew secured the CleanSpace on the walls, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
