Church Basement Waterproofed in Wahpeton, ND

Challenge

A representative from a local church noticed water stains in their basement. Not wanting to have long-term damage, the representative began looking for a professional basement waterproofing company. The representative was impressed by the high ratings and reviews from American Waterworks, so they decided to work with us. After signing up for their FREE estimate, the representative prepared for the arrival of James, one of our Design Specialists. James arrived at the church and started his detailed inspection of the basement. During his investigation, James found that the sump pump needed to be replaced and additional waterproofing products needed to be installed.

Solution

James recommended installing a new sump pump, WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and IceGuard in the home. Wanting to have a lasting solution, the homeowner agreed and production preparations began. Once the crew received the approved plans from the office, they made their way out to the church. Our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew started the project by digging channels for the WaterGuard and new sump pump. After they placed the WaterGuard, they inserted the SuperSump+ near the line. Once the SuperSump+ was installed, the crew attached CleanSpace to the basement walls. Finally, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. After they were complete, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The representative was pleased with the job well done by the crew.
