Water Crises Averted in Ellsworth, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Ellsworth, WI, grew incredibly concerned with the status of their basement after discovering standing water. Worried about the long-term damages, the homeowner knew they needed an expert to inspect the property. The homeowner asked their neighbors for any suggestions and they recommended working with us, American Waterworks. After seeing we offer FREE estimates, the homeowner was sold. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Rick, one of our Design Specialists. Once Rick arrived, he began a detailed inspection of the basement. Rick was able to uncover the causes of the water intrusion and provided the homeowners with a recommended plan of action.

Solution

Rick suggested installing WaterGuard along some of the foundation walls and installing a new sump pump. After considering all their options, the homeowner agreed with Rick's suggestions. The plans were directed to the assigned crew and they made their way to the home. Our Forman, Kevin and his crew arrived at the home to start the project. First, they installed the WaterGuard along the problem walls. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew secured the TripleSafe into place and tied it into the new system. Finally, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
