Challenge
A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN was alarmed when she noticed a small puddle of water that had formed on her basement floors. Not wanting the problem to continue growing and cause more damage to the floors and bottom of the walls, she began her research on companies that specialized in waterproofing basements. Solution
When Dylan arrived, he inspected the basement area and saw the water damage the homeowner had talked about. Dylan had seen similar problems before in other basement areas and knew what the best solution was. He explained that our WaterGuard system would carefully catch all of the water intake the basement has and send it away to the sump pump area to be moved out of the house. The homeowner agreed that the product would be the best way to move forward and approved of the installation. Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his crew later arrived at the home to install the WaterGuard and ensure everything was working properly for the basement space. The homeowner was happy to have the water damage gone and trusted the new waterproofing system in her basement.
