Leaking Water in Arkansaw, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Arkansaw, WI, made a startling discovery, several water stains in their basement. Unsure of the root, the homeowner knew they needed a professional second opinion. After looking into all their options, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once their estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Peter, one of our Design Specialists. Peter introduced himself to the homeowner and began his evaluation of the status of the basement. Following his detailed analysis, Peter discovered where the root of the issue was coming from. Peter provided recommended solutions that would eliminate further water intrusion issues.

Solution

Peter suggested waterproofing the entire basement corner to stop any more leaking water. After deliberating all their options, the homeowner agreed with Peter's suggestions. Once they were approved by the homeowner, they were directed to the office to be approved. The confirmed plans were then directed to our Foreman, Francisco, and his crew. Francisco and his crew arrived at the home and began the project by installing the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the corner. Once the WaterGuard was placed and covered, the crew could shift their focus to attaching CleanSpace to the basement walls. After CleanSpace was attached, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the quick work done by the crew.
