A homeowner in Nora Springs, IA was looking to make some changes to her basement. Over the years the basement had looked more and more worn down, but now she was facing a real issue - water damage. With the heavy rainfall in the recent months, she began to notice small amounts of water entering through the base of the walls and pooling on the floors. Not wanting to let the issue continue growing, she decided to take action and find a company that provided waterproofing services. She found the American Waterworks website in her search and gave our appointment office a call. Solution

Brady arrived at the home and inspected the basement area. He found the problems the homeowner was concerned with and gave his recommendation for a waterproofing system to be installed. She agreed to the plans and one of our Foremen, Raul Barroso and his crew later arrived for the installations. The crew placed WaterGuard, a quality perimeter drain system along the base of the walls to catch and stop incoming water. The homeowner was so happy with the results and grateful for the crew's hard work.
