Basement Space Revamped in Mason City, IA

A homeowner in Mason City, IA was unhappy with the state of his basement. The floors had suffered from water that was leaking through the floors and had become damaged. The basement felt damp and unwelcoming, so the homeowner decided to make a change and get repairs done in the space. Solution

Trevor had dealt with similar basement issues before and knew just the solution to stop the water intake and prevent more damage. He explained that installing a WaterGuard perimeter drain system and TripleSafe sump system would waterproof the basement and fix the homeowner's concerned areas. The WaterGuard would catch the incoming water in the drain and safely send it away to the new TripleSafe pump. After considering the benefits of the project, the homeowner happily agreed to move forward with the installations.
