In Preston, MN a homeowner was alarmed when he noticed water coming through multiple areas of his basement. He didn't know the best way to move forward on his own, so he went to talk things over with his neighbor who had recently waterproofed their basement. He discovered that his neighbor had used American Waterworks' services and were very happy with the results. Solution
Ryan discovered the points in the basement that the water was coming through and developed a plan that would stop future water from entering. The homeowner trusted Ryan's judgement and agreed to move forward with the project. When Foreman Jeromy Anderson and his crew arrived at the site to carry out the installations, they began with our WaterGuard perimeter drain system. Then they connected a feed line from the drain to the area that the new TripleSafe sump system would go. The third product the crew worked to install was the CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to brighten up the space and direct incoming water from leaks to the drain.
