WaterGuard System Installed in Boyd, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Boyd, WI was in her basement space looking through storage when she noticed something odd in the corner of room. Upon closer look, she found a small puddle of water on the floor and water damage on the walls. Knowing this wasn't normal, she decided to look online for a company that could help inform her what was going on and how to stop it. She came across the American Waterworks company website during her search and was impressed with our before and after photos from past jobs. She decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates to learn more information before agreeing to a project and was later greeted by one of our Design Specialists, Chuck Haldeman.

Solution

Chuck carefully inspected the basement space and informed the homeowner that the water easily could have leaked through the walls and floors because of the small cracks and pores. To combat this problem, he explained that waterproofing the basement was the best solution to not have to deal with water entering the space again. The homeowner was happy to hear something could be done to save the space and agreed to the project plans. Once plans were approved, our Foreman, Victor Salvador, and his crew went to the site and installed the basement WaterGuard system. Now the water has a proper place to go and will stay out of basement, to the homeowner's relief.
