WaterGuard Basement System Installed in Alexandria, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Alexandria, MN was downstairs in his basement space when he found a small puddle of water on the floor. Upon closer look he found that the water had resulted in some water damage to the floors. Solution

We received his request and sent over Design Specialist Daniel Reinke to the home to inspect the basement. Daniel noticed the areas of concern that the homeowner was talking about and explained that our WaterGuard system would work to intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and safely send it away to the sump pump instead of it leaking out onto the floor and causing damage. The homeowner was glad to hear that something could be done, and he agreed to the installation. Later, one of our Foremen, Kiko Pena, and his crew went to the site to carry out the installation and ensure everything was working properly for the home.
