Leaky Staircase in Little Falls, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Little Falls, MN became alarmed when he found a small puddle of water that had formed at the bottom of the basement staircase. He knew this wasn't a good sign for the state of his basement and that he needed to take action to find a solution before the problem got worse. He went online to search "wet basement repair companies near me" and found the American Waterworks company website. Solution

Jesse found just the issue that the homeowner was talking about and even found some areas of rotting wood from the water damage as well. He explained that in order to stop the incoming water and prevent any more damage from happening, certain areas of the basement would need to be waterproofed with the WaterGuard drain system. The homeowner was glad to hear that something could be done and agreed to the installation. Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his crew later went to the site to carefully install the WaterGuard and made sure the homeowner was happy with the results before heading out.
