Wet Basement Gets New Look in Faribault, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Faribault, MN was worried about his basement after he noticed some puddles of water that had formed on the floor of one of the rooms. He also saw how much water damage had built up on the walls and knew something had to be done sooner than later. Going online with hopes to find a solution, he searched "basement repair companies near me" and sifted through the results. He was familiar with the American Waterworks name because of our office being located near him in Rochester, MN, but was curious to learn more about what we had to offer, so he signed up for a FREE estimate with us.

Solution

We sent over one of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez, to inspect the water problems and come up with his recommendations. Brian explained to the homeowner that we had just the products to restore the space and make it look as if water had never touched the room. Our WaterGuard drain system to catch water at the perimeter of the basement and safely sent it away, and CleanSpace vapor barrier to refresh the walls and encapsulate them. The homeowner agreed and the project plans were scheduled to move forward with Foreman Raul Barroso and his crew. They installed the products and ensured the homeowner was happy with the results before leaving the site.
