Challenge

A homeowner in St. Paul, MN, discovered large puddles throughout their basement following a heavy rainstorm. Overwhelmed by this finding, the homeowner immediately began searching for a waterproofing solution. The homeowner found our eye-catching waterproofing before and after, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Nick, one of our Design Specialists. Nick traveled to the home and introduced himself to the homeowners. Nick started his full inspection of the basement, so he could determine where the water was coming from.

Solution

After Nick wrapped up the inspection, he determined that the entire basement needed to be fully waterproofed. Nick met with the homeowners and he showed them a recommended solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowners agreed. The plans were then sent to our Logistics team to be approved, and then sent to our Foreman, Jose. After Jose received the plans, he and his crew traveled to the home to begin production. Jose and his crew made it to the home and they began installing all the waterproofing products. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard, our below-floor drain system, around the perimeter of the basement. Additionally, the crew installed a feedline down the middle of the basement. Next, the crew installed the new TripleSafe Sump Pump, our most reliable sump pump. After the TripleSafe was installed and tied to the WaterGuard, the crew installed a buried discharge line outside the home. After all the products were properly installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
