Musty Basement Solved in Richfield, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Richfield, MN, began to notice a foul, musty smell around their home. After doing some investigating, the homeowner discovered that the smell was coming from their basement. Having a hunch this could be a larger issue, the homeowner began looking into waterproofing companies near them. Solution

After completing the basement inspection, Darin found that water was seeping into the basement. To stop the water, Darin suggested waterproofing their basement to stop the issue permanently. After some consideration, the homeowner agreed and the plans were sent to the office to be approved. Once they were approved, they were sent to our Foreman, Lane, and his crew to start the project.
