The homeowner asked their friends and family for any suggestions and they all recommended working with us. Convinced to give us a try, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Ian. Ian arrived at the home and began his thorough investigation of the basement.
Solution
Following his inspection, Ian discovered the water was sneaking in through the west wall. To stop the water intrusion from continuing, Ian recommended installing the WaterGuard along the western basement wall. After some consideration, the homeowner agreed with Ian's suggestions. Ian passed the plans along to the office, then to our Foreman, Roel, and his crew. Roel and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, Roel and his crew dug the channel and placed the WaterGuard, our perimeter drain system. Once the channels were dug, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump, one of our most reliable systems. After the TripleSafe was installed, Roel and his crew connected it to the WaterGuard and covered the channels. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew.
