A homeowner in Greene, IA, was after discovering water damage along the basement walls. Hoping to solve the issue sooner than later, the homeowner looked into several basement waterproofing companies that service Northeast Iowa. Solution

After Nate arrived at the home, he began his thorough investigation of the basement. Nate found several signs of water damage throughout the basement. Once he wrapped up his estimate, Nate presented his findings and solution to the homeowner. The homeowners wanted their issues resolved for good, so they agreed with Nate's suggestions. Following the approval by the office, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Jose, and his crew to begin the project. First, Jose and his crew began by installing WaterGuard in the eastern corner of the basement. WaterGuard is a perimeter drain system that is specially designed to fix basement water issues without the risk of clogging. Next, the crew installed the SuperSump+, our float-operated and fully submersible pump. Once the SuperSump+ was installed, the crew put the Aprilaire E100 into place. The Aprilaire dehumidifier is a high-capacity solution that can assist you in achieving comfort through humidity control. Finally, the crew went outside and installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. The IceGuard is an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside your home and ejects water away from the foundation. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was pleased to know their basement was secured from further water intrusion.
