Struggling Sump Pump Replaced in La Crescent, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in La Crescent, MN, was cleaning their basement when they discovered several water strains throughout. Concerned by this discovery, the homeowner knew they needed expert assistance. After looking through several companies, the homeowner decided to work with the highly-rated, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Dustin.

Solution

Dustin introduced himself to the homeowner and began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Dustin found the western wall was struggling the most and required further waterproofing. Dustin shared his findings and also provided them with a solution that would correct the issues. The homeowner deliberated their options, and then ultimately decided to go ahead with Dustin's plan. Once the homeowner approved, the plans were passed on to the office to be finalized. Next, the plans were sent to one of our Field Supervisors, Rene, and his crew to begin the project. Rene and his crew traveled to the home to start the project. Once they arrived, they began by installing WaterGuard along the west wall. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+, one of our most efficient and effective sump pumps. Finally, the crew tied the WaterGuard system into our SuperSump+ system. Rene and his crew completed the entire installation, so they cleaned up their materials and left the basement as good as new.
