A homeowner in Mason City, IA, was inspecting their basement following a heavy rain when they discovered damp spots throughout their foundation. Worried this could cause lasting damage, the homeowner knew they needed an expert opinion. During their hunt for the best waterproofing company, the homeowner came across our website and realized their neighbor, Brady, is one of our Design Specialists. After this realization, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate with Brady. Once the estimate was set, Brady went to the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement.

Solution

During his inspection, Brady discovered the north wall of the basement was the source of the leaking walls. Brady realized the walls were leaking due to the water not leaving the home properly. To solve this issue, Brady recommended installing a buried discharge line outside their home. Hoping to solve the issue for good, the homeowner agreed with Brady's recommendations. Once the plans were approved by the homeowner, they were sent to our office to be finalized. Next, the finalized project was assigned to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew. Diego and his crew traveled to the home and began digging channels across the lawn. Once the channels were dug, Diego and his crew placed the discharge line. Finally, the crew covered the line with the carefully placed lawn. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
