Klemme, IA, Sump Pump Revamped

Challenge

A homeowner in Klemme, IA, received a reminder it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Service team and signed up for their annual maintenance appointment with our Service Technician, Jack. Once the appointment was set, Jack traveled to the home to begin inspecting the installed products. Following his inspection, Jack determined the sump pump required replacement.

Solution

Once he completed the rest of the inspection, Jack came up with a proposal to present to the homeowner. After hearing his proposal, the homeowner knew this was the best option for their home. Jack sent the plans to our Logistics team to build the project. Once the project was built, the proposal was assigned to our Foreman, Edgar, and his crew. Edgar and his crew traveled to the home and began the sump pump installation. First, they took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+, one of our premier sump pump systems. Next, the crew installed a standard discharge line outside the home. Finally, the crew attached an IceGuard, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation if the sump pump lines become clogged. Edgar and his crew completed the project, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
