Basement Issues Repaired in Postville, IA

A homeowner in Postville, IA, inspected their basement following a heavy thunderstorm. To their surprise, the homeowner discovered standing water in their basement. Unsure where the water was coming from, the homeowner began looking for a waterproofing company that would provide them with answers. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Brady, one of our Design Specialists.

Solution

Brady arrived at the home and started his thorough inspection of the entire basement. While inspecting the basement, Brady discovered that a major contributor to the flood was foundation issues. Brady was able to provide a solution that would solve the water intrusion and foundation issues. The homeowner liked Brady's proposal, so they decided to follow through with the project. Once the project was approved, Brady sent it to the office to be built. After our Logistics team built the project, they were sent to our Foreman, Juan, and his crew to begin the production. Juan and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard is our perimeter drain system that is specially engineered to fix basement water issues with the risk of clogging. Next, the crew installed two TripleSafe Sump Pumps in each corner of the basement. The TripleSafe is the most reliable water pumping system in the world. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace, a 100% plastic water vapor, on the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
