A homeowner in West Fargo, ND, made a startling discovery, their basement floor was soaked and at risk of being damaged. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. Solution

Ian arrived at the home and began his thorough walk-through of the basement. During his inspection, Ian discovered the water was coming from one crack in the wall. To stop the water intrusion from continuing, Ian recommended sealing the crack using FlexiSpan, a special polyurethane polymer sealant that never dries out. After deliberating their options, the homeowner knew this was the best solution so they agreed. Ian passed the plans along to our Logistics team and then they were sent to our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew. Once they received the plans, Franklin and his crew traveled to the home and began the FlexiSpan installation. The crew installed a Drainage System below the crack and then sealed the crack with the polylevel sealant. Next, the crew finished the repair by sealing the crack and covering it with CleanSpace. After the crack was repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted to know water intrusion was no longer a risk.
