Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, to the home to provide the homeowner with some answers. Once he arrived, Ryan began by inspecting the exterior and interior waterproofing products. Following Ryan's detailed walk-through of the basement, he confirmed the sump pump needed to be replaced. Next, Ryan sent the plans back to the office for final approval. Once the project was built, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew.
