A homeowner in Mason City, IA, grew anxious after discovering mold and water damage throughout their basement. Solution

Since Brady was from Mason City, IA, he did not have to travel far. Once he arrived at the home, Brady began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Brady discovered several areas where the water was sneaking into the home. Brady completed the inspection and was able to provide the homeowners with a solution. Brady proposed several waterproofing products be installed in the basement. The homeowner agreed with Brady's proposal, so the plans were sent to our Logistics team to finalize the project. After the project was finalized, the proposal was sent to our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew to begin. Kevin and his crew started the project by installing WaterGuard along two of the basement walls. WaterGuard is our innovative perimeter drain system that is engineered to fix basement water issues without the risk of clogging. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. After the SuperSump+ sump pump was secured, the crew shifted their attention to the outside discharge line and installed an IceGuard. The IceGuard allows water to escape if the sump pump discharge line freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.
