Leaky Basement Repaired in Fargo, ND

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed their crawl space was suffering from significant water damage. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner wanted to find answers. The homeowner looked into several professional waterproofing companies based in Fargo, ND, and only one company caught their eye, American Waterworks. Solution

Once Ian arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his investigation, Ian discovered only one section of the basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent any further and permanent damage, Ian recommended fully waterproofing the entire wall. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Ian's recommendations. Next, the plans were sent to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. After the project was built and approved, the proposal was sent to our Foreman, Roel, and his crew. As soon as they received the plans, Roel and his crew traveled to the home to begin the waterproofing installation. First, Roel and his crew installed WaterGuard along the struggling wall. WaterGuard is our innovative drain system that is designed to prevent clogging. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished wall. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that encapsulates basement walls. The crew shifted to the outside and installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. An IceGuard is attached to an outside discharge line to prevent clogging. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
