Dylan arrived at the home and began the thorough investigation of the basement. During his inspection, Dylan found that several spots were suffering from water intrusion and needed to be repaired. Knowing this would solve their issues, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the proposal. Next, Dylan passed the plans to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. As soon as the project was built, it was assigned to our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew to begin. Aaron and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard is a perimeter drain system that is specifically engineered to fix basement water issues without the risk of clogging. Next, the crew installed a SuperSump+, one of our perimeter sump pump systems. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproofed vapor that protects from leaks. Aaron and his crew completed the installation by installing an IceGuard to the outside discharge line.
