Solution

After the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Lance, to the home to complete a full investigation of the basement. Lance arrived and began the detailed inspection. Next, Lance passed the plans along to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. The Logistics team finalized the project, and then it was sent to our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew to begin. Jesus and his crew traveled to the home and started the project. First, Jesus and his team began by installing WaterGuard, a perimeter drain system that is designed to fix basement water problems effectively without the risk of clogging. Next, the crew removed the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+, one of our elite sump pump systems. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. CleanSpace is a quick and economical way to encapsulate basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
