Challenge

A homeowner in West Fargo, ND, noticed their foundation was struggling significantly. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert's opinion. Solution

Ian arrived at the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement and foundation. Once he completed the inspection, Ian was able to locate all the issues in the basement. Next, Ian sent the plans to our Logistics team to schedule and finalize the project. Once the proposal was given the final stamp of approval, it was assigned to our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew. Aaron and his team made the short drive to West Fargo and began the project. First, they began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard is our perimeter basement drain system that prevents clogging. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe, one of the best sump pumps on the market. Then, the crew installed PowerBraces and GeoLock Wall Anchors on the basement walls. PowerBraces is a foundation wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls. GeoLocks is a wall anchor system that permanently stabilizes your foundation wall and has the potential to straighten. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. CleanSpace is a quick and economical way to encapsulate basement walls. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
