Solution

After Dylan arrived at the home, he began his thorough investigation. Dylan found where the water was sneaking into the home. To stop the water intrusion from continuing, Dylan recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Wanting to solve the issue long-term, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the project recommendations. Next, Dylan passed the plans to our office for the final stamp of approval. After the office was built and scheduled the project, the plans were passed along to our Foreman, Emmanuel, and his crew to begin. Emmanuel and his crew traveled to the home and started the waterproofing project. First, Emmanuel and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard is a perimeter drain system that is engineered to fix basement water issues without the risk of clogging. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and installing the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew wrapped up the project by attaching an IceGuard to the exterior discharge line. An IceGuard will allow water to escape, even if the sump pump discharge line freezes or is clogged. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation.
