Brian arrived at the home and began his thorough investigation of the foundation and basement. During his inspection, Brian found several areas and signs of water damage. To prevent these issues from worsening, Brian recommended installing several waterproofing and foundation products to secure the home. Knowing this was their best option, Brian decided to go ahead with the recommendations. Next, Brian passed the plans along to our Logistics team to approve and schedule the plans. Once our Logisitcs team gave the final stamp of approval, the plans were passed to our Foreman, Jeromy, and his crew. Next, Jeromy and his crew traveled to the home and started the installation. First, Jeromy and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard is our innovative, below-ground drain system that prevents clogging and flooding. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe sump pump, one of the most elite sump pumps on the market. Then, the crew installed 21 GeoLock Wall Anchors, a wall anchor system that is designed with galvanized steel, on the foundation walls. As soon as the GeoLock Anchors were secured, the crew mechanically attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. CleanSpace is a waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is ideal for unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew completed the installation by installing an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful to know their basement was secure.
