Sump Pump Issues Resolved in Fall Creek, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Fall Creek, WI, was checking their calendar for the upcoming weeks when they noticed their annual service maintenance appointment was approaching. Hoping to find out who was completing their annual maintenance appointment, the homeowner reached out to our Service team. One of our Service Coordinators let them know that Jack, a Service Technician, would be coming to their home and performing the annual maintenance appointment.

Solution

Jack arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the previously installed products. During his inspection, Jack discovered the sump pump was not acting correctly.
