Weeping Walls Transformed in Lime Springs, IA

A homeowner in Lime Springs, IA, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Hoping to schedule it sooner rather than later, the homeowner called our Service team and scheduled their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment details were settled, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Jack, to the home to take a closer look at the installed product. Jack promptly arrived at the home and began his inspection.

Solution

Jack inspected all the products and ensured they were all working properly. During his inspection, Jack noticed the south wall was leaking water. To stop the water leak from continuing, Jack recommended installing several waterproofing products along the south wall. After considering all their options, the homeowner knew it was their best option. Once they approved his proposal, Jack passed the plans along to our Logistics team to schedule the project. Next, our Logistics team built the project and scheduled it with our Foreman, Juan, and his crew. Juan and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Juan and his crew focused on installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard is our perimeter drain system that is designed to fix basement water problems efficiently.
