Before Waterproofing and Foundation Repair
The basement was taking on water where the wall meets the floor and through the block foundation.
Original Basement Window
The old windows were not energy efficient, and they were not protecting the basement from the elements outside.
EverLast Basement Window and SunHouse Window Well
These EverLast windows are energy-efficient, vinyl-framed replacement windows. Designed with double-paned, low-E glass, they are much more energy efficient than the single-paned, steel-framed windows that are the industry standard. The SunHouse Window Well enclosure makes the basement a brighter space, while keeping dirt and debris out.
Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels
These wall panels are used to insulate the basement and keep it dry.
During Installation of Discharge Line
The crew is burying the discharge line beneath the soil.
Discharge Line Installed
The discharge line has been installed in the yard under the soil. This is where the water from the basement exits the home.
Waterproofing is complete
Once the panels were secured to the walls, they replaced the concrete on the floor. Ryan is now enjoying a dry, healthier basement! He is excited to begin finishing the space.
