Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Basement Restored in Mapleton, MN

Emily S. in Mapleton, MN was tired of dealing with the water in her basement. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Reed Hudson, to her home to evaluate the situation and to propose a unique solution that fit her needs. She approved of the plan and moved forward with the installation date.  Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew started the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor. Then, they installed 165 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system, lateral drainage lines, and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, the water is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. They finished the project with installing our CleanSpace Basement Wall Vapor Barrier to provide protection from mold growth while giving the space a clean appearance. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, and Emily is glad she made the investment to protect her home.
