Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Basement Transformed in Saint Paul, MN

Tom W. in Saint Paul, MN had water leaking into his basement. Some of his property had been ruined from water damage, and he noticed some mold growth behind the sheetrock. Because Tom was using his basement as a living space, it was important to completely waterproof the entire perimeter of the basement. However, instead of tearing out and totally rebuilding Tom’s finished basement walls, we presented him with the option of replacing just the lower section of the wall that had been compromised and replacing it with our EverLast Wall Restoration System.  The EverLast Wall Restoration panels replace the lower section of the wood-framed wall that is most susceptible to mold & moisture with materials that are immune to such damage. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew were able to successfully waterproof Tom’s basement by installing 102 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of his basement. Next, we installed our SuperSump sump pump in the corner. The crew completed the job by installing our EverLast Wall Restoration System and insulated floor decking. Water now drains through the WaterGuard into the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and is expelled from the home. Tom was very pleased with the results and is glad he made the investment to protect his home.
