Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing in Rochester, MN

Adam K. in Rochester, MN was planning on remodeling his basement, but water was leaking into the space where the wall meets the floor. Being a local contractor himself, Adam knew the experts at American Waterworks would take care of him and offer the best solution. He met with one of our Design Specialists, who developed a thorough plan to transform his basement into a healthy, clean space and ensure that he would never have to worry about water seeping into his basement again.  Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew started the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system, and SuperSump sump pump. Water will now drain through the WaterGuard into the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and is expelled from the home.  Next, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to provide protection from mold growth while giving the space a clean appearance. Lastly, the crew finished the project by filling the gaps with rock, replacing the concrete, and cleaning up their work area.
