Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard System Boosts Basement in Maple Plain, MN

Peter M. of Maple Plain, MN had water leaking in the corners of his basement and needed it to be looked at before it caused more damages. He called American Waterworks to have someone come out for a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Kevin proposed our Waterproofing system called WaterGuard, which serves as an underground drainage system and prevents any water clogs from occurring. After Peter got all of his questions answered and he felt comfortable, he went ahead and scheduled a date for installation. Our foreman, Austin Lucas, and his crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to form a trench. In the trench, they installed 75 feet of WaterGuard. After that, they filled any open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete to make sure the basement floor looked better than when they found it. Peter watched the crew perform the work so he could ask any questions if needed. After the installation and everything was completed, Peter was very happy he chose American Waterworks to improve the life and stability of his basement!
