Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Home in Rockford, MN Saved by WaterGuard and Sump Pump

Heidi C. of Rockford, MN had water leaking under her staircase, as well as in the corner of her basement. She wanted it taken care of as soon as possible, so she called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out one of our Design Specialists to her home to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. After a detailed inspection, Heidi approved of the proposal and set up a date for installation.  Our foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench. In the corner of the basement, Cory and his crew installed our UltraSump Pump System, which pumps contaminated water out and keeps basements dry for long periods of time. Next, our crew installed our WaterGuard System in the formed trench, filled all the open gaps with rock, and replaced the concrete. Our WaterGuard serves as a drainage system for water waste and prevents water clogs. After everything was complete, Heidi was very impressed and thankful she got a hold of American Waterworks when she did!
