Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: TripleSafe Sump Pump Waterproofs Basement in Sacred Heart, MN

Wayne and Sharon H. of Sacred Heart, MN had water leaking in their basement, so they called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate with one of our Design Specialists. We sent out Eric Hazelton to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth examination, Wayne and Sharon felt comfortable with Eric's proposal, so they went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. Our foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete and forming a 44-foot-long trench to install a feed line from the wet end of the basement to the dry end. Our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System at the dry end and connected it with the feed line. Our TripleSafe is the best sump pump we provide for customers and it has three levels of water protection. The sump pump discharge line went from the ceiling to the outside of the home for contaminated water to escape. To complete the project, our crew filled the open cracks with rock and replaced the concrete. Wayne and Sharon were thankful we were able to help them, and were happy with the end result!
