Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofed Basement in Elk River, MN

Linda D. of Elk River, MN had water leaking in her basement, so she called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Linda was confident with Eric’s proposal, so she moved forward with the project. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter and down the middle of the basement floor to form a trench. In that trench, they installed 124 feet of our WaterGuard System and a feed line to the already existing sump pump. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground drain for water to settle and prevents water clogs. Kiko and his crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The job took a day and a half, and Linda was very content with the work!
