Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Foundation and Waterproofing Repairs in Lansing, MN

Bob and Joan J. had cracked foundation walls as well as water seepage in the basement of their home in Lansing, MN. They called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Michael Janousek, went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Bob and Joan were excited about the proposal, so they got an installation date scheduled.  Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production team began the installation by breaking out part of the concrete floor to install our WaterGuard "Underground Drainage" System. Next, our crew installed our UltraSump Sump Pump to provide protection and a dry environment. Lastly, our team dug three holes outside of the home and installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors from the exterior soil to the interior foundation to stabilize and straighten the walls. Bob and Joan were excited about the outcome, and are grateful we were able to save the life and stability of their home!
