Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Basement Waterproofed in Rochester, MN

Tim B. of Rochester, MN had water leaking through his cracked foundation walls in his basement, causing him to feel uncomfortable living in his own home. After seeing American Waterworks on KTTC TV, he called our office line to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to his home to inspect the problems and come up with a solution. Tim got all his questions answered and was confident with Ryan's proposal, so they set up an installation date.  Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench and installed 24 of our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing strips around the wall perimeter, as shown in Figure 2. Next, our crew applied 100 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System on top of our CarbonArmor strips, viewed in Figure 3. In the third step, Dylon and his crew installed 108 feet of our WaterGuard System in the floor trench, and covered the open gaps with rock, as shown in Figure 4. To complete the installation, our team replaced the concrete, viewed in Figure 5, and made sure Tim was happy with the project.
