Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Basement Walls Repaired in Excelsior, MN

Dave and Anne S. of Excelsior, MN had water leaking through their walls into their basement, causing them to worry about the safety of their home. Dave and Anne were confident in Eric's proposal, so they scheduled an installation date.  Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out half the concrete perimeter, forming a trench. Next, our team cut out half the wall insulation and replaced it with our CleanSpace Wall System. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, and acts as an extra wall protectant. Then, Kiko and his crew installed our WaterGuard System into the trench, which serves as an underground drain and collects water seepage from basement walls. Our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
