Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Basement Repaired in Hatton, ND

A homeowner in Hatton, ND had water leaking through the bottom cracks of their basement wall, causing them to worry about water moisture and flooding hazards. They heard about American Waterworks and our basement waterproofing repair products, so they set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to their home to inspect the basement and come up with a solution that fit their home repair needs. After a thorough diagnosis, the homeowner was content with Ian's presentation and bid, so they scheduled an installation date.  Our Foreman, Brian Colliton, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor by forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and it serves as an underground drain that leads to the outside of the home. To complete the project, Brian and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our crew also cleaned up their mess and made sure the basement looked neater than when they found it. The homeowner was satisfied with the project and their peace of mind has been restored!
