Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Repairs in Greenbush, MN

Joanna D. of Greenbush, MN had water leaking into her basement, making her feel nervous about water moisture and humidity problems. She did some research and came across American Waterworks and our basement waterproofing repair products. Our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen, went to her home for a FREE Estimate to inspect the problems and come up with a solution. After a thorough examination, Joanna felt comfortable with Richie's plan and design, so she went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the project by breaking out the half of the wall perimeter, and cutting out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench, and cutting out the concrete down the middle of the basement floor for the feedline. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which acts as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe provides three levels of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. Then, our crew connected the feed line from the WaterGuard System to the sump pump. The reason for this is to provide an escape for the water to exit the basement. Lastly, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the broken-out wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent water moisture and humidity build-up, while also acting as a protective blanket.
