Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofed in Sartell, MN

A homeowner in Sartell, MN had water leaking into their basement, causing them to worry about water moisture and humidity problems. They did some research on our website and came across our basement waterproofing repair products. They called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Josh Schultz. Josh went to their home, inspected their problems, and came up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, the homeowner got all of their questions answered, so they moved forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, it collects water from basement walls, and it prevents water clogs. Next, our team broke out the perimeter of the basement wall, performing a half wall demo. Water will pool at the base of the foundation; therefore the lowest blocks will be taking on the most water and it has the highest potential to seep through the wall. In this situation, our WaterGuard can collect that water seepage. Some homeowners choose this method because it is cost-effective and still gives the room a clean look. To complete the project, Austin and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The homeowner was happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!
